William Wolf Sour

  • Ingredients
    ¼ oz. of William Wolf™ Pecan Bourbon
    1 Egg white
    1 Dash of Peach bitters
    1 Dash of Angostra bitters
    ¾ oz. of Fresh lemon juice
    Garnish with a Thyme sprig
  • Instructions
    Dry shake (no ice). When you see foam, throw ice in. Shake. Serve in a coupe glass. Take lemon zest and spray inside out.

William's Wolf Shake

  • Ingredients
    1½ oz. of William Wolf™ Pecan Bourbon
    1½ oz. of South Bay Rum
    ½ oz. of Coconut cream
    1 oz. of Papaya juice
    ¼ oz. of Banana purée
    Garnish with Shaved coconut, banana slice & shaved pecans
  • Instructions
    Simply blend ingredients together. Top with garnish.

Banana Mint Julep

  • Ingredients
    2 oz. of William Wolf™ Pecan Bourbon
    1 oz. of Fresh banana purée
    ¾ oz. of Simple syrup
    ¾ oz. of Fresh lemon juice
    Garnish with a handful of slapped mint

    Shaken. Pour over dirty ice.

Wolf Rye Smash

  • Ingredients
    1½ oz. of William Wolf™ Rye Whisky
    1 oz. Water
    ¾ Simple syrup
    2 Mint leaves
    2 Lemon wedges
    Garnish with a mint sprig
  • Instructions
    Muddle mint leaves and lemon wedges in a shaker, add the Rye, water and simple syrup and shake. Pour over ice in an old fashioned glass and garnish with a fresh sprig of mint.

Lowcountry Lavender Lemonade

  • Ingredients
    2½ oz. of William Wolf™ Pecan Bourbon
    2 oz. of Lemonade
    ½ Lemon
    1 Dash of Lavender bitters Garnish with a lemon wedge and mint sprig
    ¼ oz. of Banana purée
  • Instructions
    Combine William Wolf Pecan Bourbon and lemonade in a glass and squeeze in ½ lemon and a dash of Lavender bitters. Stir thoroughly and garnish with a lemon wedge and a fresh mint sprig.

Wolf Punch

  • Ingredients
    1 oz. of William Wolf™ Pecan Bourbon
    1 oz. of Peach purée
    1 oz. of Cranberry juice
    1 oz. of Pineapple juice
    1 oz. of Orange juice
    1 oz. of Triple Sec
    1 Dash of Vanilla extract
    Garnish with raw pecans
  • Instructions
    Combine Wolf, Triple Sec, peach purée, and cranberry, pineapple, and orange juices in a shaker with ice and shake vigorously. Pour into a rocks glass and top with a dash of vanilla extract. Garnish with a few raw pecans.
